每月驗證工作流程 Monthly Validation Workflow

把前四課學到的所有框架，轉成一個你每個月可以實際執行的查核流程。從月營收到法說，從升格到降評，一次說清楚。

學了這麼多，最後還是要回到一個問題：這個月，我要查什麼？這一課給你一個可以反覆使用的系統，讓 thesis 不只是「故事」，而是每個月都可以被驗證或否定的可檢驗命題。

一、每月的時間節點

每月 10 日前
月營收公告
所有台股上市公司的月營收。這是追蹤 IDM 轉單和 DRMOS 新需求最即時的財務訊號。要看 YoY、MoM，以及是否連續加速。
All listed companies report monthly revenue. First financial signal for IDM transfer + DRMOS demand.
每季（Q1=4–5月 等）
法說（法人說明會）
季度財報 + 法說是最重要的關鍵字獵場。毛利率、展望、產品組合、客戶描述——這裡才有能確認或推翻 thesis 的語言。
Quarterly earnings + conference call. This is where keywords confirm or deny the thesis.
每季（onsemi / Infineon）
IDM 錨點追蹤
安森美和英飛凌的法說也要追。確認 SiC/GaN 占比是否繼續上升、標準品是否繼續縮。IDM 轉型持續 = 台廠缺口持續。
onsemi + Infineon earnings: confirm SiC/GaN mix still rising and standard products still shrinking.

二、證據梯度：訊號的可信度排序

The evidence ladder — not all signals are equal

同樣是「公司有曝險」，但「法說提到 AI server」和「有具名客戶並開始小量出貨」，可信度差了幾個量級。用以下梯度判斷每一個訊號的重量：

L1
展示 / 概念展出 Demo
CES、GTC 展示，或公司說「我們有這個產品」。無財務意義。
Trade show demo or "we have this product." No financial meaning.
L2
樣品送出 Sample
客戶拿到樣品評估中。有接觸，但距離訂單還很遠。
Customer received samples for evaluation. Contact established, but far from orders.
L3
設計導入確認 Design-in
客戶選定這家供應商的產品進入板子設計。對 Power IC 來說，這是最關鍵的里程碑（護城河建立）。
Customer selected this supplier's product for board design. For Power ICs, this is the moat-building event.
L4
試產 / 小量出貨 Pilot
實際出貨開始，但量還很小。月營收可能開始有一點點影響。
Actual shipments begin but small volume. Monthly revenue starts to be affected marginally.
L5
客戶計劃確認 Customer Program
有明確的量產計劃和出貨時程。月營收 YoY 應該要開始加速。
Confirmed production ramp and shipment schedule. Monthly revenue YoY should start accelerating.
L6
具名客戶 + 連續出貨 Named Customer
公司在法說裡提到具體客戶名稱（或明確說是 Tier-1 hyperscaler），且月營收連續數季 YoY 正成長。Thesis 完全落地。
Named customer in 法說 + consecutive quarterly YoY growth. Thesis fully landed.
